The four most important processes that we as ZGF have implemented or supported are all concerned with the future and with quality of life: at the city level, at the federal level, on the topic of digitalization and on the social market economy.

Futures Expeditions
In the autumn of 2022, a new ZGF project began that aims to strengthen the competence of young people to orient themselves in the uncertainty of the present and thereby enable a higher quality of life.

Quality of life in the digital age
In the 2017-19 dialogue process #gutlebendigital, the focus was on the question of how digitalization can be shaped in such a way that it has the greatest possible positive impact on people's quality of life.

Wellbeing in Germany
As a core expert in the Chancellor's Dialogue on Germany's Future and as a member of the scientific advisory board, ZGF Director Dr. Stefan Bergheim supported the government strategy "Wellbeing in Germany" in 2014-16.
